Silent Hill Nurse V2

Okay, I did a bit more work on this pic cause I never really liked the original as much as I could have. So anyway, I redid the head, added some more skin texture to her skin, and added some more stains on her outfit, and some minor changes here and there. Anyway, I think I'm very pleased with this one.
